Episode 118 - Rowan 4x4

The 19 year old 4x4 record was taken down at the BU Valentine Invite. Held by Lincoln (PA) since 2004, it was a record the Rowan team was eyeing. After winning last year's indoor 4x4 after waiting out a lengthy protest period then losing outdoors, this group was ready to turn heads this season.

They go into what practice is like with a group of All-Americans, their thoughts on the elevation of D3 sprinting and what they're looking forward to next.
