Episode 112 - Riley Macon

Happy New Year! We kick off 2023 with MIT's Head Cross Country Coach, Riley Macon. We talk with Riley about his transition into the head coaching position after Halston Taylor retired, what MIT's training looks like, and how Riley is able to use running as an outlet for his team's intense academic obligations. We go into how they prepared for the national championships and how they handled last year's runner-up performance as motivation. Riley brings a lot of positive energy to the MIT practices to ensure they're having fun while they pursue big goals.
