The D3 Track and Field Season is off to a hot start. In the debut episode of The Double, we sit down with Aidan Ryan, Ella Baran and Henry Pick. Learn more about what's going on in D3 as well as these three.

  • Aidan ran 7:55 to run the fastest D3 3k ever

  • Ella ran 9:36 in the 3k - 18th All Time

  • Henry ran 8:11 the 3k - 9th All Time
