2025 D3 Indoor Nationals Preview: Alexis Boykin and Alyssa Busker
The D3 Indoor National Meet is here. To get you ready for the action we sit down with a few top athletes to hear how they're feeling ahead of the meet.
This episode we spoke to Alexis Boykin of MIT and Alyssa Busker of Elmhurst.
Boykin heads to the meet looking to defend her Shot Put and Weight Throw titles. She's been absolutely dominant the last few season and feels ready to break the Weight Throw Record. If she throws over 21m, she'll be the first D3 Woman to do so.
Busker made her presence known right away in D3. After transferring to Elmhurst for grad school, she opened up in 7.45 which is 3rd All-Time in the 60m. She's also 8th All-Time in the 200m and ready to take on D3's best.
